We believe that student life can be some of the best and hardest years of your life. We also believe it can be the most defining years of your life. So it counts when it comes to church and your Christian life.
There are several things we offer at Christ Church to support you throughout your time at University. A number of young adults come to our Sunday@7 evening service in the church building, which gives space for contemporary worship, excellent teaching and a chance to meet people of all ages including those in their 20s and 30s. Those in this age group get together from time to time to socialise. Many have been students themselves and know how to help you through these years of your life. They might feed you if you look hungry enough!
We also have regular small groups that meet weekly, and we offer one-to-one Bible studies to get deeper into God's word and for regular prayer and encouragement through your time at Uni.
There is plenty of opportunity to serve at Christ Church as well. Whatever your skills and gifts, there are lots of ways to get involved from worship to kids and youth work, from technical support to welcoming at the door.
