Relevant and inspiring, Pathfinders is our ministry for school years 6 - 10 (ages 10 - 14 years).
We refuse to accept the low expectations that our world holds for young people, and instead present the high bar of a life lived in awe and wonder at what has been done for us. We know that by God's power this can be achieved.
Like all our ministries, Pathfinders finds its focus around our crucified and risen king - Jesus! We gather together to be taught the Bible in real, faithful and engaging ways, and break down into small groups to go deeper in the way we apply these truths to our lives. We also include games and worship of God through our music and our prayers.
We expect lives to be changed in Pathfinders. We expect Jesus to be coming into relationship with our young people and their lives to be turned upside down by him, and we expect this to make such a difference that they go out and change the world around them.
If you are up for the challenge, Pathfinders meets on Sunday mornings, at 10:30 in the Scout Hut, Chalk Lane. Year 9s meet half an hour earlier for 9s@10, a chance to go a bit deeper into the word of God, support one another with friendship and prayer, and eat breakfast together.
